not-for-profit, public charity organization which benefits veterans and their families in the Bronx and throughout all existing boroughs; with imminent plans to expand into other neighboring states. The corporation was founded in 2009 and upgraded in 2014 by Johnnie H. Williams Jr., a Vietnam Veteran Who personally experienced countless struggles upon his return home.
Our corporation focuses on filling the gaps in the continuum of care for veterans in need. This program provides emergency funds to help veterans respond to immediate crisis situations and refers them to the full range of benefits available to them. Through a coordinated effort with the U.S. Dept of Veterans Affairs and other partners, Help is on The Way for Veterans brings hope that these veterans can break the cycle, begin the healing process, and become productive members of society. The goal is to provide hope and support for those not able to help themselves.
Our objective is to promote, organize and sponsors disabled U.S. Veterans in the Bronx and all existing boroughs. However, let's not forget our other 49 states, which make up our United States Of America! Currently, we have a strong presence in NYC, however we hope to expand our corporation further into the rest of the United States. Our purpose is to help veterans with ways in obtaining housing, banking, claims, education, jobs training, affordable homes improvement, quality of life, and helping veteran's dependent with transition in their lives with challenges as well.
It is the mission, duty, and purpose of Help Is On The Way For Veterans 1024 CORP to address, educate, coordinate, and provide aid and relief to Veterans. Up to date information shall be given to veteran communities on a local and global level. It is our duty to provide basic human rights to all those brave veterans during times of extraordinary tribulation by attempting to preserve and to secure their humanity through the provision of food, information, health and education. Our organization, in carrying out its primary purpose, advocates for social/civic changes and presents opinions on controversial issues with the intention of molding public opinion or creating public sentiment to an acceptance of its views. We are based in 2741 Fenton Avenue, Bronx New York 10469. Today the company has ten members, whose goals are to make sure that all disabled veterans visions are properly met. I'm requesting if possible if you can, make a donation which will help us move forward in that direction.
We prioritize caring for those who have served and our families in the need of help. This will help us offset the everyday company operation, in keeping up with what should get done. Your donation will go to a worthy cost. The funds will be utilized in an efficient manner supervised by myself. Many think there is never enough time to learn, yet in my world of learning it is what you have now learned that you are now able to see!
